When you join the BrandLockBox waitlist, we collect your email address so we can notify you at launch. Once the product is live, we will collect information you provide during account setup — including brand name, voice descriptors, audience personas, and any content you generate or save inside the workspace. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.
Your brand profile data is used exclusively to power your BrandLockBox experience — specifically, to enrich prompts sent to the underlying AI model on your behalf. Your generated content and saved library items are stored securely and are only accessible to members of your workspace. We may use your email address to send product updates and launch notifications; you can opt out at any time.
BrandLockBox is built on Claude by Anthropic. Your brand data and generated outputs are not used to train AI models. We apply industry-standard security practices to protect data in transit and at rest. Full details — including data retention periods, third-party processors, and your rights under applicable privacy law — will be published in this document before the product launches.
